Team-Group Consulting
This service is specific for your team or group. However, it is just as individualized for your team as if you were having individual consulting. All packages are based in a psycho-educational setting, come with an free initial consultation meeting with coaching staff to get on the same page when it comes to expectations, needs for team, and collaboration on how to bring the best out of the athletes.
Also, a Drill Based approach can be chosen as an option to be incorporated within sessions for all packages. For more information about this approach, look at my Intervention Techniques.
Bronze
The Bronze Package is a designed as a single workshop. This interactive workshop will allow you to decided what topic(s) you would liked discussed for your team. Regardless of the topic, there will be an educational component on the topic in addition to an application component so your team can understand how this topic relates in a performance setting.
Length of workshop: Minimum 1 hour; Maximum 3 hours
Silver
The Silver Package is designed specifically for your team during their regular season or for an extended period of time for a group without a season (minimum 6 weeks). From topics such as team dynamics, communication, and concentration, your team will be gain the education and tools necessary to be prepared for whatever occurs in and out of performance. Furthermore, there are optional add-on services available if you would like to have additional sessions to the regular season including the Preseason (4-6 weeks before regular season) and/or the Postseason (1 week before first postseason game through 1 week after end of postseason).
Additionally, there are two options to choose from to the amount of sessions per week: 1 per week @ 45 minutes per session or 2 per week @ 30 minutes per session
Gold
The Gold Package is the ultimate package as it brings services to your team from the preseason through the end of the postseason. This allows for your team to experience training and growth in mental skills learned from before the season begins through the end of the postseason. Mental training doesn't need to just occur when the season gets tough; it should start before the first official game all the way through the championship game.
